SHIPPING POLICY
At ADIAB, we prioritize the safe and reliable delivery of your products. That's why we exclusively use Royal Mail for shipping, ensuring that all orders are tracked to provide you with peace of mind throughout the delivery process. This allows us to monitor your package every step of the way, guaranteeing sufficient delivery. The only exception to this is for our local customers, who have the option to collect their orders in person, providing added convenience.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At ADIAB, we take pride in offering personalised products tailored to your unique preferences. However, please note that these items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive faulty or damaged. We encourage you to double-check customisations before placing your order to ensure complete satisfaction. We hold no responsibility for misspelled personalisations during the ordering process. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please reach to us within 48h and we will be happy to assist you. Photographic evidence is required.

For all general non personalised products, we are happy to exchange should you order the wrong size. We also have a 14 day returns policy for refunds if the items return in the same condition they left in, unworn and unused. We have a right to refuse refund if the products return in a worn or used condition.
